The Rise Of E-Commerce In Africa, Where Is Zimbabwe?

Technology is rapidly transforming the way business is done. Orthodox means
would require one to be physically in the location of the commodities one
needs to purchase. But with technology, things have just changed. Electronic
commerce (e-commerce) is the buying and selling of goods and services, or
the transmitting of funds or data, over an electronic network, primarily the
internet. These business transactions occur either as business-to-business
(B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C), consumer-to-consumer or
consumer-to-business. <http://www.bulls.co.zw/> Read more >

Zimbabwe's Finance Minister, Professor Mthuli Ncube has announced that an
additional $500 million in notes and coins will be put into economy in the
first six months of 2020. Ncube said that the initiative is premised at
easing the cash crisis that has lingered for years now. Zimbabwe has

the Kirkman Traders Association Fidelis Magava said Harare City Council did
not serve them with eviction notices before the demolitions. Said Magava:
When we started these projects, we paid rates to the council and we agreed

Kariba Dam Water Approaching Unusable Storage Levels - Zambezi River
Authority

The Zambezi River Authority has reported that water levels have rapidly
fallen at Kariba Dam, a development that will likely see Zimbabwe's power
crisis escalating. The authority reports that water level in the Kariba Dam
was at 476,75 metres translating to 8,64 per cent of the dam capacity on
Thursday last week. This translates to just 1,25 metres above the minimum
475,50m recommended for power generation. Zimbabwe and Zambia use Kariba Dam
for their hydropower generation and the decrease in water levels has seen
the two countries decreasing power generation. <http://www.bulls.co.zw/>

Farmers should adopt the bush meal concept for resilience

AS it becomes crystal clear that the country will experience a mother of all
droughts in Matabeleland and other southern parts, it is imperative that we
remind ourselves of survival and copying strategies as livestock farmers.
The first strategy which is widely spoken by extension workers and widely
ignored by farmers is destocking. <http://www.bulls.co.zw/> Read more >
