In the words of the Minister for Communications and Digitalisation, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful "Any SIM card that has not been registered by the end of the extended period will be barred from receiving specific services, including voice and data services." style='line-height:106%;background:white'><span style='font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif;color:#222222;mso-fareast-language:EN-ZW'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal
