Destined for Greatness: Your Tuesday Morning Inspiration with Gerald
Chinogara

 

 

It is an undisputed fact that year 2020 will go down in history as one of
the most challenging years in the 21st century, especially with the outbreak
of Covid-19 which made the world saw so much chaos swirling all around us.
Yet at the same time, here we are simultaneously trapped in our homes, work
from home, school at home, church at home which is a real paradox! The worse
part of it is that now with a resurgence of infections no one knows when
this will all end. In times like these, it is so easy to give in to despair,
but this is the moment we must tap into the inspiration and power that lay
dormant within us. 

 

The Holy Bible in 1 John 4:4 tells us that we are overcomers, because He who
is in us is greater than he who is in the world. God cares so much that long
before He gave you the dream you are currently pregnant with, He knew
exactly how the path, timing, and outcome would look. This is when we need
to remind ourselves that God is sovereign over all. Only those who know
their true identity will be granted access to the inspiration required to
lead and navigate through this treacherous terrain for their families,
companies and communities.

 

The best leaders, revolutionaries and movement-makers came from a place of
heightened and unusual inspiration. Their genius is less about the ability
to execute on the dream and more about their capacity to create the dream.
With artistic skilfulness they can communicate their mighty mission and make
the vision real. We have now come at the tipping point for the human race
where knowledge, experience, intellect and power alone will not deliver, but
we now need genuine spiritually inspired leaders who  ignite magic in
people, connect with them to renew visions, help people find a lost belief
or birth a new one.  These will be the real mavericks who can bend the
future in new, hopeful directions.

 

However, the naked truth is that you can't inspire others if you are feeling
uninspired. You really can't uplift others if your own enthusiasm to serve
society has been downgraded. How can you give that which you do not have?
The job of a world-class leader and history-creators is to electrify their
teammates around a singular purpose that makes them step into their heroic
potential. One that makes them bigger than they were before you shared it
with them. 

 

The calling of the outright legend is to capture the minds, hearts and souls
of those who believe in them; and then push them to realize amazing feats
while you all upgrade the world and advance the well-being of humanity. I
exhort you to take your inspiration very, very seriously. Start to seek out
that which lifts your energy, boosts your creativity and fuels the inner
fire within. A very good starting point is reading the human manual for
Basic Instruction Before Living on Earth which most of us know by the
acronym BIBLE .
